She has been a bold leader in the growth of National Church Residences new construction volume. Rosenthal has been with National Church Residences since 2012.

Together, Eric and Amy have led many complex affordable housing projects and are spearheading one of the nation’s first preservation efforts of a senior affordable community under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) for PRAC (Project Rental Assistance Contracts) conversion program.

Jason Gaulden has advanced to vice president of Construction and Predevelopment. He currently oversees development’s pre-construction and construction teams, as well as the relocation staff. Gaulden’s strong negotiation skills, deep technical expertise and impactful process improvement initiatives have been critical to development’s success. His integrity and performance have positioned him as a trusted leader and adviser within the organization. Gaulden was hired as the senior director of Construction and Predevelopment in March of 2018. Prior to joining National Church Residences, Gaulden held a leadership position at Lifestyle Communities in Columbus, Ohio.
